hey guys,
i figured it would be a good idea to start using the irc channel more (aka at all)... good way to connect as well as to find CWs.

I have never fully understood IRC. I don't know how to enter a chat room or to even find the right site. Can someone be so kind as to help me?

Basically, google an IRC Client (I use IceChat) to download.
from there you enter the server named irc.gamesurge.net
and our small channel is:
#zenclan
Should be pretty easy to set up, if you need more help, just ask here again.

Well the thing is, when i download it and open it, it just opens a window of random codes in a different language. What should i do?

Didn't know if I should even reply... lol. Don't really know, you didn't specify which client you downloaded. 
Something must be messed up if you can't click access on irc.gamesurge.net server. But don't worry, not many Zen are on IRC chat, and people who are new to it, don't last. It's strange the first time you use it anyhow.
Soon we'll all be on teamspeak with a mic anyway, so what's the point
